Mr. Moumoumou, from Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, born in October, 1957, started working in 1974, holding the master's degree of economics, being a CPC member. Mr. Liang used to be a factory director in Hainan Economic and Technology Development Corporation, manager of the property department of Hainan Moumoumou Industrial Co., Ltd., deputy general manager of Sanya Oriental Industrial Co., Ltd., and chief economist of Haikou State Assets Management Co., Ltd., etc. Since August, 1999, Mr. Liang has been holding the post of director of the secretariat of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Real Estate & Properties (Group).
